What organizations are eligible to apply to the Compassion Capital Fund?

Organizations and entities eligible to apply for the Compassion Capital Fund Demonstration Program include: County governments,

 City or township governments,   Special district governments,  State controlled institutions of higher education, Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized),   Non-profit organizations having a 501(c) (3) status with the Internal Revenue Code,  Non-profit organizations that do not have 501 (c) (3) status with the Internal Revenue Code, Private institutions of higher education, For-profit organizations, Small businesses, and faith-based organizations
