Update/Add Your Organization's Contact Information
We need your help to keep this Directory current. The National Adoption Directory has been the most popular area of the NAIC website for the past two years, and received over 127,000 visits in 2003! While we are making great improvements to the Directory by including better information about services agencies provide, we need each agency's support to ensure your contact and service information is current and accurate in this free, national listing.
If Your Agency is Already Included in the National Adoption Directory:
- Go to http://naic.acf.hhs.gov/general/nad/nad_update/
- Enter your User ID and Password to access your agency's record
- If you forgot your assigned UserID and Password, please contact the Clearinghouse via email at nadupdates@caliber.com or by phone at (888) 251-0075
- User ID and password must be typed in exactly as it appears as it is case-sensitive
If Your Agency is Not Already Included in the National Adoption Directory:
- If your support group or licensed private agency is not listed in the directory, contact the Clearinghouse via email at nadupdates@caliber.com or by phone at (888) 251-0075.
