WASHINGTON, Sept. 22, 2004 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will sign an agreement with the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture to develop an integrated federal-state response plan for food and agricultural emergencies.
WHAT:
