  1. (E) Help files updated to reflect changes in the HH bond program.
  2. (E) Changed exchange function for HH bonds to not allow exchange entries with exchange dates after 08/2004.
  3. (E) Changed entry function for HH bonds to not allow HH bond entries with issue dates after 08/2004.
  4. (E) Notes will no longer show ME for bonds that mature after 08/2004.
  5. (E) Enhanced Import function to show more detail when file imports from Comma Separated Values files (CSV) fail. Import also now gives the option to continue or cancel import when a problem is encountered.
  6. (F) Import function will remove dollar signs ($) and commas (,) from denominations imported from CSV files to improve chances for successful imports.
  7. (F) Fixed export to Savings Bond Calculator format for new Calculator address.

  1. (E) Changed increased minimum holding period for Series EE and I bonds issued February 2003 or after. Help files are updated to reflect this change, and the note field will indicate which bonds are subject to the new holding period.

  1. (F) Fixes problem in which version 4.01 crashes when auto-opening a saved inventory from version 4.00.
  2. (F) Fixes problem in which the Wizard crashes on exit.
  3. (F) Corrected some next interest dates to reflect interest accrual shown in the Wizard.
  4. (E) Report margins are now set to 0.8125 inches to accommodate printers with larger minimum margin settings.

  1. (E) The Wizard will now remember the state it is in when you close the Wizard and default to that state when the program is re-opened. For example, if the Wizard is at full screen (maximized) and closed, it will open to full screen next time it runs.
  2. (F) Fixes problem where cashed interest was the same as the cashed value.
  3. (F) Fixes a problem when system settings are set up to use dashes instead of slashes in formatting dates. The dashes would cause an error when attempting to add a bond or change the pricing date.
  4. (F) Fixes cases in which negative Year-To-Date interest was shown in reports and on screen.
  5. (F) Next Accural Date being shown on series HH bonds issued on or after May 1997 showed on monthly rather than 6-month intervals.
