FOIA Annual Reports

The Freedom of Information Act requires every Federal agency to submit a report to the Attorney General of the United States annually [pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552(e)(1)], providing detailed information concerning its administration of the Act. The IRS submission, provided below by year, is included in the Department of Treasury’s report.  In addition, the agency must make such reports available to the public electronically.
