Nomination--Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that with respect to consideration of the nomination of Miguel A. Estrada, of Virginia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit, be changed so that the Senate will begin consideration of the nomination at 2:15 p.m., on Wednesday, February 5, 2003.

Adjournment: Senate met at 10:02 a.m, and pursuant to the provisions of S. Res. 41, adjourned at 10:11 a.m., until 4 p.m., on Tuesday, February 4, 2003. (For Senate's program, see the remarks of the Majority Leader in today's Record on page S1846.)
