A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that with respect to consideration of the nomination of Miguel A. Estrada, of Virginia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit, be changed so that the Senate will begin consideration of the nomination at 2:15 p.m., on Wednesday, February 5, 2003.
