NANOTECHNOLOGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT


Committee on Rules: Granted, by voice vote, an open rule providing 1 hour of debate on H.R. 766, Nanotechnology Research and Development Act of 2003. The rule waives all points of order against consideration of the bill. The rule provides that the bill shall be considered for amendment under the five-minute rule. The rule makes in order the amendment in the nature of a substitute recommended by the Committee on Science now printed in the bill as an original bill for the purpose of amendment.
