A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2003, Senate will begin consideration of the conference report on S. 3, to prohibit the procedure commonly known as partial-birth abortion; that there be four hours of debate divided equally between the Majority Leader, or his designee, and Senator Boxer; and the Senate then vote on adoption of the conference report.
