Res. 304 (107th Congress), with respect to Reed Amendment No. 40, to expand the D45Temporary Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 2002. Subsequently, the point of order that the amendment was in violation of section 207 of H. Con. Res. 68 was sustained, and the amendment thus falls.
