Volunteers 18 years or older who have been diagnosed with active Crohn's disease may be eligible to participate. Women can't be pregnant or breast-feeding, and patients can't have received another Anti-TNF medication in the past 12 weeks. Research sites are located throughout the United States. Men who have had a single negative prostate biopsy within 6 months before enrollment in the study and who have a PSA between 2.5 and 10 may be eligible to participate. Another eligible group is candidates between 50-60 years old, or those over 60 who have a PSA between 3.0 and 10. The research site is in Voorhees, N.J.
