    Parkinson's Disease

    A research study to test how effective a new formulation of a marketed drug is in increasing the time to onset of dyskinesia (abnormal twisting, writhing movements) in Parkinson's disease patients who have been taking levodopa for less than two years. Volunteers ages 30 - 70 who have been taking 600mg or less of levodopa therapy for two years or less, have been on a stable dose of levodopa therapy for at least four weeks prior to the study screening and who do not have current or past history of dyskinesia may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Obesity

    A research study for children and adolescents with hypothalamic obesity. The purpose of this study is to see how an investigational treatment might control the level of insulin in the body and help weight loss in patients between six and less than 18 years old. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Stomach Discomfort

    A research study to evaluate an investigational medication to treat excessive stomach acid secretion. Volunteers at least 18 years old who have been diagnosed with conditions of excessive stomach acid secretion including Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States and France.
