A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of soft tissue sarcoma. Volunteers who have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic soft tissue sarcoma, have had no prior anti-tumor therapy within four weeks of starting on the investigational medication, and have no evidence of brain metastasis or clinically significant bleeding may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Volunteers who have been diagnosed with colorectal carcinoma, who have a recurrent tumor, and whose cancer is refractory to either Oxaliplatin (Eloxatin) or Irinotecan (Camptosar) or to both agents may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of advanced breast cancer that is refractory to Taxane regimens. Volunteers who have Stage IIIB or IV Breast Cancer, whose cancer is refractory to Taxane therapy (Taxol or Taxotere), and who are not pregnant or breastfeeding may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
