    Psoriasis and Psoriatic Disorders

    A research study to test the safety and effectiveness of an oral medication in the treatment of plaque psoriasis. Volunteers at least 21 years old who have psoriasis on more than 10 percent of the body may be eligible. Research site located in Providence, RI.

    Sleep Disorders

    A research study involving an investigational medication for adults who experience excessive sleepiness associated with night shift work. Volunteers 18-65 who work at least five night shifts per month, with at least three of the nights being consecutive, and who complain of excessive sleepiness, may be eligible. Research site located in Raleigh, NC.

    Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

    A research study to assess the effects of a high dose of an investigational drug on flat cells that lines the heart of adults with high-risk hypertension. Volunteers between 21-75 who are at risk for hypertension by having one of the following risk factors -- overweight, smoker or family history of cardiovascular disease -- may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
