ITAS Unavailable (New)
ITAS will be unavailable from 4:00p EASTERN Time, Friday, May 9 until
9:00am EASTERN Time, Monday, May12 due to maintenance being performed
on ITAS System.

ITAS IS NOW UP AND AVAILABLE

The ITAS problems we were experiencing with posting any type hours to
ITAS records
was due to database corruption. After many attempts, which failed to restore
the database without loss of information, our only course of action was
to use our recovery procedures and recover the database back to 7:00 A.M.
Friday 14, March 2003. Please pass along the following information to
your timekeepers, employees and approving officials:
ATTENTION TIMEKEEPERS, EMPLOYEES AND APPROVING OFFICIALS
Any leave requests submitted by Timekeepers for the employee's or by the
Employee after 7:00 A.M. on Friday 14, March 2003 must be re-submitted
and the Approving Officials will have to approve leave requests again.
Timekeepers that have posted any type hours to the ITAS record i.e.;
Credit, Overtime, Comp Time, LWOP, AWOL, etc. after 7:00 A.M. Friday 14,
March 2003 must also re-post hours again to the ITAS record.
We apologize for this outage and the re-work that will have to be submitted
to update ITAS records. Thank you for your patience. If you have questions
