Volunteers between 18 and 65 who have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes that has required insulin for at least three years and have persistent or recurrent symptoms consistent with diabetic gastropathy -- including mid- to upper-abdominal pain and discomfort for at least two months may be eligible.
