Volunteers 18 years old or older who have histologically confirmed non-curable non-small cell lung cancer with surgery, radiology, or combined modality chemoradiation and who have failed two prior chemotherapy regimens including a platinum based therapy and Taxotere may be eligible to participate. Volunteers 18 to 75 years old who have been diagnosed with kidney disease, have no history of dialysis or transplants and are able to participate in overnight, in-house stays may be eligible to participate.
