    Pancreatic Cancer

    A research study to assess the safety and feasibility of a combination of medications in addition to radiation therapy in patients with locally advanced, unresectable pancreatic cancer. Volunteers 18 to 80 years old who have biopsy proven locally advanced adenocarcinoma of the pancreas assessed to be unresectable, who have not received previous treatment for pancreatic cancer, may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Pregnancy Complications

    A research study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an experimental treatment to reduce the risk of another preterm birth. Women 18-45 years of age who are pregnant with a single fetus before week 23, and who have had a previous preterm birth, may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

    A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). Volunteers age 60 years or older who have been diagnosed with high blood pressure may be eligible. Research site located in Brooklyn Center, Minn.
