Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) enters into processed commodities storage agreements with private individuals and companies to allow warehouse operators to store commodities owned by CCC.

PCSA Informational Conference   
  The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency held a conference for PCSA Warehouse Operators on October 19, 2004, at the Kansas City Commodity Office, 6501 Beacon Drive, Kansas City, Missouri.

How to Apply
  Warehouse operators wanting a processed commodities storage agreement are encouraged to review the regulations and guidelines and form KC-371 prior to submitting their agreement documents. Refer to the contact section for telephone and address information.

CCC-560 - Application for Approval of Warehouse (pdf)
This form is used by warehouse operators to apply for a processed commodities storage agreement to store CCC-owned butter, cheese, non-fat dry milk and other commodities.

Data is collected to identify if a company has a published tariff. Information is used to complete terms of an agreement between warehouse operator and Commodity Credit Corporation.

    Information used by warehouse operators to identify storage space available for Commodity Credit Corporation use.

Used to determine if the person signing contractual documents has the authority to represent the company.

This form is used to obtain banking information to process Disbursements by ACH/EFT.

This form is used to determine warehouseman eligibility or continued eligibility for a CCC storage contract by preparing this financial statement.

    This form is used to succeed ownership of the warehousing business to another warehouse operator, with agreement of the Commodity Credit Corporation.
 
# CCC-34-1 - Transfer of Rights and Interest (pdf)
This form is used to transfer all rights
and interest in ownership from one warehousing company to another, with agreement of the Commodity Credit
Corporation (CCC).

Approved List of Processed Commodities Warehouses
  When a warehouse is approved, CCC adds the warehouse to a List of Approved Processed Commodities Warehouses.
