The environmental compliance interdisciplinary
team consists of environmental and cultural resource
activities as well as the hazardous waste management functions.
The team is located within the Conservation and Environmental
Programs Division (CEPD) of FSA, in Washington,
D.C..

State Contacts
FSA maintains a system of State Environmental
Coordinators (SECs) in its state offices. These SECs are
either Farm Program or Farm Loan Program Specialists
that provide environmental oversight, compliance, and
training as a collateral duty. These SECs are provided
training and support by the environmental staff within
CEPD.
