Objective:
The objective of this cooperative research project is to collect populations of the cotton bollworm and tobacco budworm to be evaluated for resistance to Bt insecticides.

Approach:
At each of 26 sites in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Mexico adult moths of the tobacco budworm and cotton bollworm will be collected and sent to USDA-ARS-SIMRU during the entire growing season.
