Objective:
The objective of this cooperative research project is to develop alternative management strategies for western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis in greenhouse production systems.

Approach:
To complete the objective of this project the approach will be to evaluate alternative management strategies such as the use of the entomopathogenic nematode, Steinernema feltiae for controlling western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis in both laboratory and greenhouse environments.
