World Water Monitoring Day --
The National Water Quality Monitoring Council is pleased to support the World Water Monitoring Day 2004. The Council appreciates the leadership of America's Clean Water Foundation and the many interorganizational efforts to organize and host the second World Water Monitoring Day from September 18 to October 18, 2004. This effort is an ambitious followup to 2002's National Water Monitoring Day and 2003's inaugural World Water Monitoring Day. The success of these events and the growing momentum for this year's event are a striking illustration of the motto of the NWQMC "Working Together for Clean Water."
