Special Duty EEO Counselors

Any employee or applicant who feels that he or she has been discriminated against because of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, age, physical/mental disability, sexual harassment, sexual orientation or reprisal may file a complaint.

What does the EEO Counselor do?

• Interviews all parties to find the facts.
• Reviews all pertinent documents.
• Discusses information with all parties in an effort to solve the problem.
