National Drinking Water Advisory Council Working Group
Membership as of December 2, 1998
Mission: To prepare an integrated strategy, for consideration
by the NDWAC, as to how the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention should inform and educate health care
providers in their efforts to: 1) counsel persons about the quality of
their drinking water; and 2) recognize, report, treat, and prevent adverse
health effects that can be caused by infectious and non-infectious agents
that could be acquired from drinking water.
