Tentative FY 2005
The amount of funding anticipated for the Drinking Water Infrastructure
Grant Territorial Set-Aside Program for FY 2005 is $2,756,300.
This amount is based on a budget request of $850,000,000 for the
entire Drinking Water Stata Revolving Fund (DWSRF) program.
The tentative allotments for the four participating territories

The tentative allotments provide the territories, and EPA Regions,
with planning targets for the coming fiscal year. When EPA actually
receives an appropriation for the fiscal year, the allotments are
recalculated if necessary (if the funds appropriated are different
than what was requested), and become final allotments.
Prior Year Allotments
The Territorial Set-Aside Program has been in effect since FY 1997
- the first year that funds were appropriated. The Final formula
