• Registry Standards of Excellence in Support of an Immunization Program (.pdf**) (exit site) (4/25/03)
  In 2001, CDC provided funds to the American Immunization Registry Association to identify current and potential immunization registry activities that support core immunization program functions. Results from a national survey of immunization program and registry managers were used to drive focus group discussion at the 2002 CDC Immunization Program Managers Meeting. Recommendations from these activities formed the basis for this draft “Standards of Excellence” document.
