You will find electronic copies of documents in either HTML
or PDF format.
HTML Documents
You can view HTML documents on-line with your browser.
You can save them to your computer for future reference
or print them.
PDF Documents
To view PDF files you must have the Adobe Acrobat®
Reader. You can view and print pdfs on-line or download
them. If you do not have it, you can download
the Reader for free from Adobe's Web site. The site
also provides instructions on configuring your Web browser
to use the Reader.
Large documents are often "zipped" or compressed
to reduce the time required to download them. Although ZIP
files can be downloaded with no additional software, you
must have the appropriate software to decompress the files
and make them accessible to their native software. If you
do not have ZIP software, you can learn about compression
software and download a free trial version of WINZIP.
Please be sure to refer to the "PB" or "DE" number when
contacting NTIS. You can locate this number by searching on the document title
or document number at EPA's Online
Library System.
