From Virginia and All Points South of Washington, DC

• Take I-95 North toward Washington, DC
• Merge onto I-495 North (Capital Beltway), toward Silver Spring/Bethesda
• Merge onto I-270 North (Exit 38) Note: I-495 splits, stay to the left
• Take Exit 1 (Democracy Blvd.)
• Bear right onto Democracy Blvd. (headed east)
• Turn left at the first light onto Fernwood Road
• Turn left at the next light (you will see signs for the Marriott)

• Take the ramp toward Rockville
• Merge onto MD 187 N/Georgetown Rd
• Turn left onto Democracy Blvd.
• Turn right onto Fernwood Road
• Turn left at the next light (you will see signs for the Marriott)
• Take the first left (you will see a parking garage on your right)
• Take a right at the first stop sign.
• Follow signs for visitor parking. (DO NOT use the Marriott parking garage)

• Take I-270 South toward Washington, DC.

From Ronald Reagan National Airport:

• Head North on the George Washington Parkway for approximately 5 miles.
• Exit onto I-495 North (Capital Beltway), toward Silver Spring/Bethesda
