Join the CDC livability listserv:
CDC facilitates a listserv that addresses issues related to health and the built environment. An e-newsletter that includes related news articles, latest studies, and updates on conferences and events related to livability is sent to all subscribers twice a month. The listserv can also serve as a forum for posing questions, sharing information, and getting feedback from your colleagues in this field.

To join the CDC-facilitated livability listserv
Write to: LISTSERV@LISTSERV.CDC.GOV and type the following command in the body of the e-mail:
SUBSCRIBE LIVABILITY-GROUP (your name)
For example:
SUBSCRIBE LIVABILITY-GROUP John Doe

To subscribe anonymously type:
SUBSCRIBE LIVABILITY-GROUP Anonymous

Make sure to send the request from the email address in which you wish to receive the listserv updates.
