(Effective April 16, 2003) This document water quality standards for surface waters.
Section 62-302.530 - Table: Criteria for Surface Water Quality Classifications (PDF 151K)
(Effective April 16, 2003) This table contains water quality criteria for Florida's surface water classification.
Section 62-4 - Permits - (PDF 160K)
(Effective April 16, 2003) This document contains sections 62-4.242, 62-4.243, 62-4.244, and 62-4.246 that address antidegradation permitting requirements, Outstanding Florida Waters, Outstanding National Resource Waters, and equitable abatement; exemptions from water quality criteria; mixing zones for surface waters; and sampling, testing methods, and method detection level for water pollution sources.

Provision from Everglades Forever Act addressing best management practices in the Everglades Agricultural Area (EAA).

Federal Regulations, 40 CFR 131.36 - (PDF, 121K) 
Toxics criteria for those states not complying with Clean Water Act section 303(c)(2)(B). This federal regulation establishes water quality criteria for certain toxic pollutants. The regulation is also known as the National Toxics Rule.
