- (Effective July 31, 1997) Federal regulations establishing
a water quality criterion for temperature protective of bull
trout, the list of waterbodies where this water quality criterion
applies, use designations for specific waterbodies, a federal
variance policy/provision, as well as a procedures for site
specific modification of designated uses of waterbodies and
the temperature criterion for bull trout.
