  • Stormwater Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Manual Now
    Available


  • Draft Municipal Storm Water (Phase II) permits - EPA proposes two storm water discharge permits for municipal storm sewer systems in the greater Fairbanks, Alaska, area. Public comment on both permits will be accepted through December 2, 2004.
        Applicants: Fairbanks North Star Borough (individual application); and City of Fairbanks, City of North Pole, Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, and University of Alaska-Fairbanks (joint application). Draft permits and associated fact sheets are now available for review.
  • EPA enforcement actions - EPA Region 10 announced several enforcement actions following construction site inspections in Idaho and Alaska; see EPA press releases issued on 6/14, 7/20, 8/13, 8/24, and 9/13/04.
