    Esophageal Cancer

    A research study to assess the safety and feasibility of giving a combination of medications to patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer prior to surgical resection. Volunteers 18-75 who have biopsy proven locally advanced adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus, stage II, III, who have not received previous treatment and are considered to have resectable carcinoma may be eligible. Research site located in St. Louis, Mo.

    Pancreatic Cancer

    A research study to assess the safety and feasibility of giving a combination of medications to patients with locally advanced, unresectable pancreatic cancer who have not received prior treatment. Volunteers between 18 and 80 who have biopsy proven locally advanced adenocarcinoma of the pancreas assessed to be unresectable, and who have not received previous treatment for pancreatic cancer may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Migraine and Cluster Headaches

    A research study to determine if an investigational medication prevents migraine headaches in teens. Volunteers 12-17 who weigh between 77-220 pounds and have been experiencing migraines for at least a year may be eligible. Research site located in Walnut Creek, Calif.
