Use of Cookies
You must have cookies enabled in your web browser to use the online Shopping
Cart features of NSCEP. Publication descriptions may be viewed and searched
without Cookies enabled. A Shopping Cart cookie is classified as a Session
cookie. It is used only during a Web browser session and disappears when
you close your Web browser. For information on the EPA's Web site cookie

Publication tracking
within your Shopping cart
The Publications added to your Shopping Cart will be empty the next time
you view it. Therefore you should Submit the Shopping Cart form (place
your order) before closing your Web browser.
How
many titles may I order?
You may
order one copy each
of up to
five in stock titles within a two week period.
How
are my documents forwarded?
Documents are normally forwarded standard mail. You may provide a Federal
Express Number to expedite shipment.
When
can I expect delivery of my publications?
Shipments within the United States should arrive within two to three weeks.
International shipments are dependent upon your country's mail service
which takes over delivery upon arrival at port.
How
do I order out of print documents?
You will either receive a letter from NSCEP informing you that your document
is being reprinted and that your order has been placed on back order,
or that the document is no longer available from the Agency. If the document
is no longer available from the Agency, you will be referred to the National
Technical Information Service (NTIS). NTIS charges a fee for documents.
Are
the documents available online?
In many instances, your documents will be available in full text through
the National Environmental Publications
Internet Site (NEPIS). Agency program and regional offices oftentimes
make selected documents available through their office web sites. Please
refer to Publications
on the EPA site.
I
live outside of the United States. May I still order from NSCEP?
Yes. You may experience a delay in receiving your order. Delivery of international
shipments are dependent upon your country's mail service which takes over
delivery upon arrival at port. To place orders, you may call 1-513-489-8190,
