EPA has a new Strategic Plan charting a course for the Agency over the next five years (2004 - 2008). The new plan is organized around five key goals. The Office of Water has elements in Goals 2 & 4.

As a first step toward implementing the new Strategic Plan, EPA has developed National Program Guidance for FY 2005.
National Water Program Guidance is supported by more detailed Implementation Plans for each of the 10 key sub-objectives in the Strategic Plan.
