Portable Water Detectors for Arsenic - Third Round

The ETV Advanced Monitoring Systems Center, operated by Battelle, has completed a second round of testing of portable detection technologies for arsenic in water. Four vendors with five technologies participated in the test. With the completion of the first two rounds of testing, nine technologies were verified in this category. A third round will be conducted in fresh water and drinking water in Duxbury, MA. Interested vendors should contact Patricia White, Battelle, at (781) 952-5279 or whitepj@battelle.org.

Nutrient Monitoring Technologies

The ETV Advanced Monitoring Systems Center, in cooperation with Battelle, is soliciting vendors of nutrient monitors. Interested vendors should contact Ann Louise Sumner, Battelle, at (614) 424-3973 or sumnera@battelle.org.

Beach Monitoring Technologies

The ETV Advanced Monitoring Systems Center, in cooperation with Battelle, is soliciting vendors of rapid technologies for monitoring E. coli and enterococci in beach monitoring applications. Interested vendors should contact Amy Dindal, Battelle, at (561) 422-0113 or dindala@battelle.org.

Hydrogen Sulfide Monitors

The ETV Advanced Monitoring Systems Center, in cooperation with Battelle, is soliciting vendors of ambient hydrogen sulfide monitors. Interested vendors should contact Ann Louise Sumner, Battelle, at (614) 424-3973 or sumnera@battelle.org.

Mercury Continuous Emission Monitors - Third Round

The ETV Advanced Monitoring Systems Center, in cooperation with Battelle, has verified 9 mercury continuous emission monitors (CEMs) in two rounds of testing. Dioxin Continuous Emission Monitors

The ETV Advanced Monitoring Systems Center, in cooperation with Battelle, is soliciting vendors of continuous emission monitors (CEMs) for Dioxin. Interested vendors should contact Ken Cowen, Battelle, at (614) 424-5547 or cowenk@battelle.org.

Mobile Mass Spectrometers

Transportation Technologies for Fuel Economy Improvement

The ETV Greenhouse Gas Technology Center, operated by Southern Research Institute (SRI), is soliciting vendors of transportation industry technologies that provide improvements in fuel consumption or reduce greenhouse gas emissions from all transportation sectors (i.e., on- and off-road vehicles, light- and heavy-duty vehicles, locomotives, and marine vehicles) for independent performance verification testing. Technologies must be commercial-ready. Examples include: improved engine and axle lubricants, fuel and fuel additives, diesel engine modifications, add-on control equipment, improved vehicle heating and cooling technologies, and auxiliary power units. Distributed Electrical Generation and Combined Heating/Cooling and Power Technologies

The ETV Greenhouse Gas Technology Center, operated by Southern Research Institute (SRI), is soliciting vendors for verification testing of technologies associated with distributed electrical generation (i.e., fuel cells, Stirling engines, reciprocating engines), including combined heating/cooling and power applications (e.g., waste heat recovery for space heating, water heating, chillers/refrigeration, dehumidification, etc.). Sustainable Energy Technologies

The ETV Greenhouse Gas Technology Center, operated by Southern Research Institute (SRI), is soliciting vendors for verification testing of advanced energy technologies that produce or use sustainable or renewable energy sources. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to: technologies for production and/or cleaning of biofuels from wastes, biomass, or agricultural processes; technologies that utilize biofuels from wastes, biomass, or agricultural processes to produce electric or mechanical power or provide heat for various end uses; novel, economical solar energy technologies, including photovoltaics for production of hydrogen; and small scale geothermal technologies. Advanced Fossil Fuel Energy Technologies
