PERMITS, FORMS, AND NOI DATABASE

Please visit the Municipal, Industrial, and/or Construction pages for respective permits and forms. NOTE: the NOI forms for the Construction General Permit have changed.

Until an online version becomes available, you can download a copy of the NOI Database with information on all NOIs submitted to EPA. Please be aware that the files are quite large.
