• Photocopy, hard copy of microfilm, and microfiche for domestic delivery -- $13.00 up to 50 pages.
• For delivery to non-U.S. addresses, costs are $16.00 up to 50 pages.
• If international requestors will accept delivery via the Internet, the cost is the same as for domestic delivery.

• Duplication of NAL-owned microfilm -- $20.00 per reel.

• Duplication of NAL-owned microfiche -- $13.00 for each 5 fiche

• Loan of materials within the United States -- $15.00 per loan.

• Costs for reproduction services through Special Collections will vary depending on services requested and will include a preparation fee of $25.00 for each 1/2 hour of work.

Billing -- Charges include postage and handling, and are subject to change. Invoices are issued quarterly by the National Technical Information Service (NTIS), 5285 Port Royal Road, Springfield, VA 22161. All payments are payable to the National Technical Information Service. DO NOT SEND PREPAYMENT. You will be invoiced (note: libraries submitting requests through OCLC may choose to pay charges through OCLC's IFM system rather than being billed). You are encouraged to set up a deposit account or arrange for credit card billing through NTIS. Payments must be drawn on a U.S. bank payable in U.S. dollars. NTIS accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you currently have an account set up with NTIS, you may use it to pay for your NAL services.
