years, vice Michael Johnston Gaines, resigned.
William Hardiman, of Michigan, to be a Member of the Board of
Directors of the National Institute of Building Sciences for a term
expiring September 7, 2006, vice H. Terry Rasco, term expired.
William T. Hiller, of Ohio, to be a Member of the National
Institute for Literacy Advisory Board for a term expiring November 25,
2006. (Reappointment)
Juan R. Olivarez, of Michigan, to be a Member of the National
Institute for Literacy Advisory Board for a term expiring November 25,
2006. (Reappointment)
