on the Arts for a term expiring September 3, 2010, vice Cleo Parker
Robinson, term expiring.
Ruben Castillo, of Illinois, to be a Member of the United States
Sentencing Commission for a term expiring October 31, 2009.

George Perdue, of Georgia, to be a Member of the Board of Trustees
of the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation for a term expiring
November 5, 2006, vice Carroll A. Campbell, Jr., term expired.
Terence Alan Teachout, of New York, to be a Member of the National
Council on the Arts for a term expiring September 3, 2010, vice Gordon
Davidson, term expiring.
WITHDRAWAL SENT TO THE SENATE:
James M. Strock, of California, to be a Member of the United States
Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy for a term expiring July 1,
2006, vice Penne Percy Korth, term expired, which was sent to the
Senate on November 21, 2003.
