Overview

The Exchange Network Grant Program provides funding to states, territories, and Federally Recognized Indian tribes to support the development of the Environmental Information Exchange Network. The Exchange Network is an Internet- and standards-based, secure information systems network that supports the electronic collection, exchange, and integration of high-quality data. Funding for the grant program has been provided through annual congressional appropriations for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
