Repetition, sustained awkward postures, extended work periods at computer keyboard, and job pressures.

Recommendations

Establish and train a joint ergonomics committee to develop and implement interventions. Furnish adjustable chairs and other workstation equipment, and train employees in its proper use. Institute appropriate health care management.
