We welcome your comments or questions -- including your ideas on how we can improve our Web site. We strive to respond to every request or comment with an answer or an appropriate referral as quickly as possible. Most requests will be responded to within 10 business days.

Please bear in mind that we cannot provide answers to certain types of requests. For example, we cannot endorse commercial products or services. Also, we sometimes get questions that do not fall within the purview of the EPA. In these cases, we will attempt to refer you to appropriate sources outside of the Agency.

We have answered many requests, but we too often receive messages that we can't respond to because of incorrect e-mail addresses. (For example, if you use AOL and your screen name is "Visitor," you need to enter "visitor@aol.com" instead of "visitor" by itself.) Also, if you are referring to a specific page within Region 9's Web site, please include a URL or title for the page.
