Cellulite refers to deposits of body fat, especially on the buttocks, legs, and thighs

Except for surgery, there is not a lot that can be done to get rid of cellulite once it sets in. However, exercise and weight control can go a long way to prevent the problem and keep it from getting worse. See liposuction for details on surgical removal of body fat.
