Established in
1987, the Science and Technology Centers Program currently funds 11
Centers in a variety of disciplines. The deadline for preliminary proposals
for the current competition was June 3, 2003. Full proposals, due by
February 10, 2004, will be submitted by invitation only. The expected
date of the next competition is 2006.
