Background

Before importing pesticides or devices to the U.S., the importer must submit to EPA a Notice of Arrival (NOA) of Pesticides and Devices.  EPA regional offices process these forms.  Upon determination that the importation of the pesticide or device is in accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, EPA returns an approved NOA to the importer for their use in transiting U.S. Customs.  NOA forms may be obtained from regional contacts listed above.
