Can I file by fax or e-mail?

The rule governing filing by fax is found at 29 C.F.R. § 18.3(f). Generally, you may file by fax if explicitly permitted to do so by statute or regulation, or if you have received prior permission from the presiding judge. OALJ does not presently accept filings by e-mail.
