NAIC maintains an adoption literature database, a database of adoption experts, listings of adoption agencies, crisis pregnancy centers, and other adoption-related services, as well as excerpts of State and Federal laws on adoption. NAIC does not place children for adoption or provide counseling but will provide referrals for such services. NAIC is a service of the Children's Bureau, Administration on Children, Youth and Families, Administration for Children and Families, Department of Health and Human Services.
