These members of Wilson High School (Rochester, New York) FAIHM Team work on a robotics project. FAIHM, funded in part by NSF, is an acronym for FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), Autodesk, Institute for Women and Technology, Hewlett Packard, and MIT. The program is designed to promote interest in science and technology that will lead high school women to careers in engineering.
