Oregon Universities and PNNL

Collaborative Research & Educational Program

Map of Washington and Oregon

Oregon's higher education institutions and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), one of the region's largest research laboratories, are working together to improve human health, create sustainable industrial practices, and develop high-tech businesses in the Northwest. Their goal is to advance and disseminate new knowledge through research and education. The areas targeted for collaboration include the life and physical sciences and the economic development arena. Through this collaborative program, faculty and students from the Oregon University System (OUS) and the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) join forces with PNNL researchers to share their expertise.

Participants: We invite your contributions. Please send status reports on activities associated with this collaborative research and educational program to Karis Alderson, Program Manager, or call (509) 372-6188 or fax (509) 372-4641.
